Angsle or wedang angsle is a typical drink of Java. the traditional seller of angsle used to go around the village only at night, because angsle is fit to served in warm at night or when it rains. However, now many angsle are selling not only evenings only.

Angsle are thought to originate from Malang, but other areas in Java as well sell it, such as Surabaya and Lumajang

The ingredients of Angsle included petulo, white sticky rice, green beans, pieces of bread, jelly pearls, pandan leaves, ginger, fried peanuts, coconut milk, and sugar.
